You don't have to work out what comes next on your own.

Dementia care at home in the Treasure Valley — for the person living with memory loss, and for everyone holding things together around them.

How we help

Live & Thrive provides care at home for your loved one and works alongside the professionals already helping your family

Someone you love needs help at home.

Dementia and memory care is our focus — it's why we started.

  • A parent who shouldn't be alone all day
  • Respite for an exhausted spouse
  • Managing from another state

You need a partner you can hand a client to.

We speak the language of the attorneys, CPAs and advisors already helping a family, and we report back.

  • Attorneys and trust officers
  • Financial advisors and fiduciaries
  • Discharge planners and assisted living

Not sure what to do next?

You don't need to have it all worked out, and it doesn't need to be a crisis. We’re here to guide you through the next steps.

What happens when you call

No pressure, nothing to sign. We’re here for the conversation and to guide you through the next steps.

1

A phone call

One of Live & Thrive’s founders, Jolie or David, will speak with you directly for as long as the conversation needs to be.

2

We come to you

A free visit at home to talk through and understand the needs, challenges, and discover your loved one’s joys.

3

We develop a plan

What is helpful, transparency around cost, and where to begin.

4

You decide, in your own time

If now isn't the right time, that's okay. We'll be here when it is.

At Live & Thrive, we believe every person facing dementia deserves to be truly seen: not just for who they are becoming, but for everything they have always been.

We didn't come to this work as outsiders. We came to it inside our own families' hardest moments, so we understand the fear, the guilt, and the grief that live in the space before that first phone call. And we know this: asking for help is never giving up. It's love, shining through.

Our mission is simple: walk beside every family we serve, without judgment, so no one faces what comes next alone, and help every person in our care live and thrive with the dignity they have always deserved.

The things people usually ask first

Am I giving up on them by asking for help?

Not at all. Asking for help is love, showing through.

Help for the road ahead.

We want to educate you on what’s available — not just from us, but in the wider community. Free, and yours whether or not you ever call.
